Following the successful first years of the ‘Power of One’ models locally, we are taking it to the next level by connecting the talent and capabilities of our existing ‘Centers of Excellence’ in Hungary, Poland, and Czechia. The new formation is called Le Pont, meaning bridge in French – a nod to our company’s heritage.
By connecting experts in the areas of commerce, content and production, data, technology and creativity, Le Pont offers clients a seamless connectivity and a cost-effective one-stop shop approach to the services and capabilities in the three CEE Centers of Excellence.
Helga Sasdi, chief executive officer of Publicis Groupe Hungary and Konrad Dorabialski, chief growth officer, commerce and production of Publicis Groupe Poland have been tasked as leaders of Le Pont and will assume their new responsibilities alongside their current roles.
To further fortify Le Pont, CCO of Publicis Groupe Nordic, Jerker Fagerström, will join as the Creative Lead with the close support of Vilmos Farkas (Executive Creative Director) and Eric Rainsberry (Creative Director) in Hungary. Jerker will help make an impact in the region and beyond, with our creative work. We’ll also be enjoying the support of Swedish Senior Creative Pair, Joakim Labraaten and Ted Harry Mellström.
The transition of Le Pont will affect 600 colleagues in the three countries. Those, who have already been working in international roles to contribute to the success of the local Center of Excellence, will keep and further develop their position in the international ecosystem.
