Three of our experts give their point of views about gaining experiences outside of Hungary and the valuable opportunities back home.
In a recent interview in Kreatív magazine, our Executive Creative Director, Márton Jedlicska, and Chief Business Officers, Judy Majosi and Zsuzsa Polgár discussed the topic of brain drain, gaining experiences abroad, and how the creative industry must change in order to be attractive to young talents.
Many fresh talents keep an eye on bigger markets abroad, in the hope of getting better salaries, education, and opportunities – but would they be able to acquire the same experiences in the region?
Zsuzsa Polgár has spent around two decades working with Publicis Groupe Hungary in Budapest – and while she stayed in one place, her work has surpassed the borders of the country, collaborating with clients from all across the globe.
On the other hand, Márton Jedlicska and Judy Majosi have both moved abroad, built successful resumes in the US, Germany, in the Netherlands, and then ultimately came back to Budapest to further build their professional paths. They believe that for them it was necessary to see the world, work on global campaigns, and experience life beyond what they already knew.
